ms consultants is a member of the Columbus GreenSpot program. We are committed to helping Columbus become cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable. Due to our corporate sustainability efforts, we were awarded the Columbus GreenSpotLight Award in the large business category.

We are also active members of One Columbus and support its initiatives to make Columbus the most prosperous region in the United States.

Our very first office in Youngstown, Ohio, the birthplace of ms consultants, opened its doors in 1963. Over the fifty years since that initial opening ms has continued to grow and serve its community. Originally established as a transportation engineering firm, this original location allowed ms to evolve into the firm it is today.

Now ms works with communities locally and nationally providing engineering, architecture, and planning services.

ms Cleveland opened its doors for business in 2001, growing ms consultants’ footprint in Northeastern Ohio.

ms Cleveland is located in the Limelight coworking space at Electric Gardens in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood. Electric Gardens is a mixed-use development that aims to enhance the coexistence of work and life with the Limelight coworking space, apartments, a hotel, gardens, and many more amenities. 

Located in Akron since 1983, ms consultants has grown to serve the surrounding community by providing engineering, architecture, and planning services.

Parking Directions

From SR 8: Exit at Perkins Street. From the exit ramp, turn left onto Perkins Street. Travel 0.8 miles and turn left onto North Main Street. Travel another 0.3 miles and turn right onto East Mill Street. At the overhead walkway signal turn left into the Cascade Plaza Parking Garage. The entrance is on the far left and is marked by an overhead canopy.

From SR 59: Exit at “Downtown/Cascade Parking/Market St” to Dart Avenue. Continue on Dart Avenue, staying in one of the two right lanes. Once you pass under the sign indicating “Cascade Parking/Mill St” move to the right lane to continue on Ash Street. Turn right at Mill Street and look for the entrance to the Cascade Plaza Parking Garage on the right marked by an overhead canopy.

After taking a parking ticket, park in any open spot in either the green or orange section of the garage. Access an elevator in either section.

ms opened its doors in Indianapolis in 1998, officially expanding its local service offerings into Indiana. For nearly two decades we have been providing engineering, architecture, and planning services locally and nationally from our Indiana home.

The ms Indy office is located in the south building of the tower.

ms expanded its service offerings into Pennsylvania with the opening of our Pittsburgh office in 1985. Since the office’s opening more than 35 years ago, we have worked tirelessly to integrate ourselves into the community to be best fit for serving and understanding their needs.

Our Pittsburgh office offers engineering, architecture, and planning services both locally and nationally.

ms Raleigh opened its doors in 1999 and has proudly been serving the surrounding communities since.

ms Wilmington opened its doors for business in 2024, growing ms consultants’ footprint in North Carolina.

ms Wilmington is located in the CoWorx workspace in the heart of the Cargo District, Wilmington’s eco-friendly village; crafted from upcycled shipping containers and reclaimed buildings, this area celebrates art, innovation, and social enterprise.
